GOBO is always watching out for new requirements or standards for toys, not to mention other products like gifts or decorative items made of rubber, e.g. Whether it is EN71, ASTM, REACH, RoHS or HR4040, GOBO would take out the highest standard among them and applies it to all our products not only toys but items people would be using in their daily lives. As a developer and producer, GOBO is taking all raw materials randomly from the suppliers every six months to keep tracking on our products for continuous safety. All source of the material is kept in recorder with unique batch number. The batch number enables GOBO to track each order and identify instantly its corresponding vendors and their material suppliers.

Management

Our management is in highly efficiency by modern technologies and designed procedures ensuring each step along the business chain. Generally speaking, we use cell structure dividing our team into small clusters. Each cluster with specialty in toys, gifts or textile products like scarves. This allows all teams to share information and at the same time, focus on specific type of product more efficiently. Meanwhile, all original design will be shared between the teams so the R&D cost is decreased in a way of multi-usage. Each cluster consists of several people while each person’s work is seen on our open source system. This enables all team mates to see each other’s work and minimizes mistakes and misunderstandings.

Customer Service

GOBO insists on providing the finest products to the world but there is no perfection in the world. As Forest Gump steps in a pile of dog feces and said “it happens”, we know that bad thing happens without any sign and expectation. As a result, when such pile of feces appears, GOBO will not only mop if off, but hand over a pair of new shoes. Of course, we can not keep giving free shoes for our neighbors’ dogs. However, GOBO will appreciate the extra understanding and partnership in such situation. Business always lives on long term with trusts from each other.
